Systematic reflects on successful SitaWare User Forum
The New Zealand hosted event drew participants from a wide range of users from both Australia and New Zealand.
As part of Systematic’s culture of communication with customers, our New Zealand office recently hosted a highly successful User Forum for our SitaWare suite of products.
Attendees from Australia and New Zealand gathered for a one-day conference held in Wellington, where they were able to talk about how they had deployed the SitaWare suite in a variety of environments and learn from each other’s experiences.
User presentations covered topics including the possibilities of using SitaWare in littoral environments, as well as lessons learned from the deployment of the suite by the New Zealand Defence Force through their Network Enabled Army programme, and the Australian Defence Force’s implementation of the SitaWare suite. Participants in the forum were also shown the latest features in the SitaWare suite by Systematic Defence’s subject matter experts, with interactive demonstrations set up and run by the Systematic New Zealand team during the breaks and networking sessions.
Among the high-level attendees was New Zealand’s Defence Secretary, Andrew Bridgman, who opened the event with a keynote address to the attendees.
“Our recent user forum was a testament to the power of community and collaboration. It showcased not only the strength of our products and services but also the remarkable individuals and organisations that make up our user base,” said Matthew Rose of Systematic New Zealand.
“Everyone was actively participating throughout the forum, with lots of questions and answers during presentations, as well as discussions between users and with Systematic staff during the breaks and networking sessions,” Vickie Kaldelis added.
Systematic Defence hosts user forums in the UK, Germany, US, Australia, New Zealand, and Denmark as a means to ensure continued relationship-building and understanding of the SitaWare Suite. The events allow Systematic to understand the challenges that our users face across the battlespace, while helping to identify new solutions and pathways for our product roadmap.
