Team Seahawk – the four companies producing nine U.S. Navy MH-60R helicopters to the Danish Defence – has launched the initial phase of a range of cooperation projects. The projects are established in cooperation with Danish companies due to the offset agreement made when the Danish Defence ordered the helicopters from the U.S. Navy back in the autumn of 2012. Projects corresponding to fifty percent of the offset agreement have already been pre-approved by the Danish Business Authority.
Systematic are one of the Danish cooperating companies. Systematic is involved in projects with two of the four companies – Lockheed Martin and CAE. Systematic will work with Lockheed Martin on a project to develop an Electronic Warfare Support System for the MH-60R helicopters. The other project made in cooperation with CAE concerns developing a full-motion flight-training simulator planned for installation at Karup Air Base.

Experienced supplier for the Danish Navy
Systematic has years of experience providing the Danish Navy with our EWare solution. EWare is an electronic warfare support system that provides military organisations with a powerful EW tool for the day-to-day management and updating of this mission-critical data. Among others, we have supplied the Navy’s branch in Frederikshavn with our solution.
We bring this substantial experience with us in developing the solution for the MH-60R helicopters in cooperation with Lockheed Martin. The project will integrate EWare with Lockheed Martin’s Electronic Warfare Support System (EWSS) to provide the Navy with a comprehensive EW management system.
Moreover, we will establish the infrastructure for the EWSS as well as provide support once usage starts.
