Experienced CISO to spearhead cybersecurity at Systematic
With more than 25 years of cybersecurity experience, Henrik Skovfoged (53) is being made responsible for strengthening Systematic’s mission to deliver secure and efficient IT solutions for defence, healthcare and national security.
Systematic A/S has appointed Henrik Skovfoged as its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Henrik Skovfoged has more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, finance and management, and has previously held leadership roles at companies such as Trifork Security, Conscia and NetDesign.

A keen focus on security is imperative in a world where the threat landscape is constantly changing, and it’s a task which I’m thrilled to be taking on,” says Henrik Skovfoged about his new job.
Henrik Skovfoged has a strong background in cybersecurity and business management. He graduated with an MSc in Business Administration and Auditing from Aarhus School of Business and also holds several IT security certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Thus, Systematic is bringing something of a heavyweight CISO on board.
Before joining Systematic, Henrik Skovfoged was Business Unit Lead at Trifork Security, where he was responsible, among other things, for establishing the company as an independent brand within cybersecurity and for implementing initiatives such as the EU’s mandatory cybersecurity directive NIS 2 and ISO/IEC 27001, the international IT management standard.
He has also held leadership roles at Conscia, where he headed the company’s cybersecurity strategy across multiple countries.
