Throughout recent years, Systematic has benefitted from a great success within the healthcare sector both nationally and internationally. A series of new orders, with the sale of the IT solution Columna Cura to 13 Danish municipalities as the latest one, have ensured a significant increased revenue, which now calls for new employees.

”Over the last couple of years, we have extended the number of employees from 70 to around 200 only in our Healthcare business unit. It has been a very interesting time, and our biggest challenge right now is to find enough employees,” Senior Vice President Henrik Jespersen says in an interview with ITWatch.

Furthermore, he states that Systematic currently has 60-70 vacant positions of which 25 positions are from Healthcare.

Besides the 13 municipalities, Columna Cura is implemented in the municipalities of Aarhus and Copenhagen. Furthermore, Systematic recently confirmed a sale of parts of the very same platform to a Swedish county that counts two millions Swedes.

Systematic has managed to consolidate a considerable position within the healthcare sector despite a highly competitive Scandinavian market that includes both national as well as international companies. However, Henrik Jespersen remains confident that Systematic will continue their success.

“The last year and a half, we have managed to get a good hold of the market. We have been able to come up with the right answers that address the market’s needs, and everything points towards that we continue our growth in the next couple of years,” Henrik Jespersen assesses.
