Columna Clinical Logistics - Easy to learn

It has been a great experience to try to implement an entirely new IT-system in a hospital ward. It was expected that we had to spend a month in a pilot phase but our preparation through seminars and workshops and hands-on. Have been so effective that after two days the nurses said; “Oh, this works quite good, why don’t we just run full-scale, we can quickly teach the others how to use it”. And from that moment on we have run full-scale. It is actually an IT-implementation success, which I think only a few can give similar reports about.

A project model is needed when you lead implementation of a comprehensive system as a health platform. The model effectively coordinates management, training, communication, workflow analysis, design, user support and support of the daily operation of the hospital leading to the wanted results. CMMI5 and Scrum are project models that Systematic is experienced in using to meet the targets.

Systematic uses risk management as an integrated part of the project model. This method has been applied during the implementation phase with one of our big customers, Central Denmark Region.

Systematic specialists have many years of hands-on experience in the command structures of all the different services and most of them have a background in healthcare, working in hospitals. We know the potential pitfalls, and we know where our customers’ priorities lie.
