THE COLUMNA CURA SUITE
The modules in the Columna Cura Suite are fully developed with users in mind. The modules provide employees with a clear and updated overview of their tasks as well as over the citizens with whom they are in contact. By combining user-friendliness, decision-making support and relevant overviews, Columna Cura acts as ‘the good colleague’, who helps by making a complex daily workload easier to manage.
The modules allow daily documentation and coordination tasks to be completed in a simple and efficient manner, thereby releasing valuable time spent in front of a screen to instead be spent with citizens.
The Columna Cura Modules
The Columna Cura Suite consists of two general modules, Cura Care and Cura Social. The modules can be used separately or together. The advantage of letting the two solutions work in unison is that the employees can share relevant data and information across the two areas, which forms the basis for good cooperation in relation to the citizen. Citizens will thus experience the municipality as one complete unit working jointly in the same direction.
The Columna Cura Suite also includes modules that focus exclusively on supporting employees in relation to: administration of aids, administration of housing and accommodation, and early detection. The suite also comprises a BI module that supports senior management’s needs for an insight into the data in and across the organisation.

Close Cooperation with the Users
The Columna Cura modules have been created with users in mind. The modules are thus designed and developed in close cooperation with the end users, who best know their daily lives and the needs that the modules should support. The close cooperation between supplier and users will continue with the aim of futureproofing and improving the functionality in the modules.
