CURA EARLY DETECTION
Cura Early Detection supports employees in documenting observed changes in the citizen and implementing relevant initiatives when there are signs of the onset of illness or functional deterioration

Cura Early Detection is a tool that makes it easy for employees to register small signs that could be indicators of the onset of illness or functional deterioration in the citizen. When the employee registers a sign of one or both factors, the tool helps the employee to reflect upon what has been registered. The tool thereby supports the daily learning and professional development of the employee. The documentation is qualified and forms an excellent basis for the interdisciplinary cooperation regarding the citizen, and also ensures that a relevant course of action is implemented in a timely fashion.
The registration of early signs is connected to the citizen’s state of health in the health evaluation cf. FSIII. Registrations are subsequently made in the citizen's record on an equal footing with other documentation and are thus part of the overall documentation that expresses the citizen’s state of health and needs over time.
