Creating the Columna Cura Suite has been a process focused on the users. Therefore, the solution is designed and developed in close collaboration with our customers, who know the every day work life of care and social service providers better than anybody else. It is for these individuals that Columna Cura makes a difference. This means that the solution supports the actual workflows taking place in e.g. municipalities, regardless of whether you look at the workflows of a home care nurse, an occupational therapist, or someone else.

Working closely with the customer

To ensure creating an optimal solution that considers workflows as well as professional insight, contact with citizens, and collaboration with colleagues, the Columna Cura Suite is designed by both software experts and the care and social service providers who will use the system in their everyday work. With their collective knowledge at hand, Columna Cura has become a solution that embraces all user roles.

Aarhus and Copenhagen lead the way

As the first customers of Cura Care, the two largest municipalities of Denmark have joined forces and lead the way in the process of developing a new generation of documentation systems for homecare and social services.

In this way, the municipalities of Aarhus and Copenhagen have become partners in creating the citizen record of the future, Cura Care, which ensures an easier, more flexible, and accessible documentation. With the two municipalities side by side, the development of Cura Care has been focused on the workflows in which the system is needed, along with how to accommodate possible differences in workflows in the best way. This means that Cura Care considers and supports the workflows of individual municipalities, and the solution is therefore applicable to large as well as small municipalities.
