APPLICATIONS USER TRAINING
MORE THAN BASIC KNOW-HOW
To streamline and optimise procedures for service personnel it is essential that the users understand how to use the applications correctly. However, users need more than general know-how; they need to be able to use the system optimally. It is important that the training process focuses on the benefits that can be achieved so that the users understand their role. This may be challenging as people react to and deal with change on an individual level.
EDUCATING SUPER-USERS
During the development of the applications, Systematic has focused on user-friendliness and user involvement. We have extensive domain knowledge and insight into the daily life of users and how individual service tasks are carried out.
We have used this expertise to customise the application user training. This applies to service personnel, coordinators and clinical personnel. Management can also be shown how to use data extraction to manage proactively and implement streamlining.
We train super-users for each personnel group who are then able to train their colleagues. In practice, this has functioned well because the employees achieve greater ownership.
