3 days on onboarding with your new colleagues in the same role

To give you the best possible start, you will participate in a special onboarding programme during your first days.
Here, you will be introduced to our organisation, values, culture, and ways of working. In addition, you will gain in-depth knowledge about the software development processes at Systematic, Feature Driven Development, and you will be introduced to the specific tools used in your job.

We want to provide you with real-world experience from day one

In your daily tasks, you will be given interesting tasks that will help you become familiar with specific tools and build your competencies as a programmer.

First-hand experience with software development

Our programme for student developers is your opportunity to get first-hand experience with software development in the real world, all before graduating.

As a student software developer, you will become part of a tailor-made programme designed to introduce you to real-world software development and let you apply your theory – and unfold your potential.

Today, we employ around 100 student workers across our 13 locations in 11 countries, many of whom stay on as full-time employees after they conclude their studies.
