The job

You will be working out of our Centreville, VA office as part of the US management team. As Sr. Manager, Administration and Finance, you will have the overall responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, contract management, people and culture related tasks and processes, including managing administrative employees. Your responsibility will also include securing administrative processes and procedures and security issues.

Your tasks will include:

  • Annual accounts, tax and other accounting tasks
  • Establishing and managing outsourced accounting function
  • Ensuring compliance between accounting and external cost audits
  • Contributing to bid proposal processes
  • Handling contract start up
  • Forecasting, including revenue and cost
  • Project controlling and reporting
  • Handling contract add-on’s

We imagine that you have a Master’s degree in finance or business administration and more than 5 years of experience with financial management and contract management. You must be an experienced MS Office and QuickBooks user, and we prefer that you have experience with people management.
