Press release04 April 2017
A close collaboration between Systematic, teachers, and pedagogues in the Municipality of Faaborg-Midtfyn bears fruit. The municipality has decided to extend their former signed contract with Systematic – thus, pedagogues, teachers, and students will benefit from the learning software platform MoMo for another three years.
MoMo stands out compared to other learning software platforms
“We are very satisfied with MoMo, and we were in no doubt when we had to decide on a learning software platform. MoMo is based on the everyday life of teachers and contributes to their work life. You can tell that MoMo is developed by teachers – in that aspect, it stands out compared to other learning software platforms that we have tested,” teacher and PLC Consultant in the Municipality of Faaborg-Midtfyn Lene Ejsing Drost explains.
Students and teachers have been included from the beginning
Having the users as the starting point rather than the system itself has been important in the development of MoMo, Vice President at Systematic Martin Brøchner-Mortensen explains:
“From the beginning, we have included students and teachers in order to build on the appropriate pedagogical principles rather than trying to impose a certain way of working on the users. A process of which we have received very positive feedback from the Municipality of Faaborg-Midtfyn, among others, and we are excited to continue our collaboration.
Likewise, IT Consultant from the municipality is excited about signing the new contract:
“As a municipality, if you ever end up in a situation where you have to reconsider your decision of learning software platform, I would definitely recommend to try out MoMo. With MoMo, you get an easy learning software platform that does not force the didactics. Furthermore, Systematic is highly qualified when it comes to both development and implementation,” according to the recommendation from the municipality.
