The support phone line is open on weekdays from Monday to Thursday 8–16 and Friday 8–15.
Outside these hours, please leave a message on the answering machine, or (even better) send us an email.
We know from experience that most people call our phone support line between 10 and 13, so there may be phone queues at this time.
Systematic will call you back as soon as possible and within 8 working hours – please remember to tell us when’s the best time to contact you by phone.
Support for schools is closed during the school summer holidays and during the school Christmas holiday.
