XLS - CREATING CUSTOM VIEWS
This course is aimed at software developers/Web page designers tasked with producing customised views of XML documents.
Course Overview
The XSL and XSLT languages provide a capability to transform a given XML document into an HTML page that can be customised to meet specific user requirements, highlighting specific elements of interest using appropriate HTML formatting. The primary purpose of XPath is to specify links (address) parts of an XML document. This technology can be used in conjunction with the IRIS/MFS Body Editor to create HTML pages with data entry capabilities that include validation and help facilities.
