Systematic’s new Group Senior Vice President for People & Culture is a familar face
Palle Klærke returns to Systematic after seven years as Director of Data and Analysis at Arla Foods.
As of April 1st, Palle Klærke has assumed the role of Group Senior Vice President for People & Culture at Systematic. He comes from a position as Director of Data and Analysis at Arla Foods and has previously served as a unit manager at KMD. Nonetheless, he is a familiar face at Systematic, where he has been employed on several occasions - most recently in 2017 as Vice President for deliveries and service in the Digital Transformation business unit. He has previously held various positions in Systematic's other business segments, Healthcare and Defence.
Palle Klærke takes over the People & Culture position from Nikolaj Bramsen, who was appointed CEO of Systematic in December.
"Palle knows the company and our values and workflows very well. He has practical experience from all parts of the organisation and a talent for leading people and teams. Palle is a strong and insightful team player. He is good at communicating and setting direction and having him in the management group is a great asset for Systematic," says Nikolaj Bramsen.
Even though a lot has happened at Systematic in the seven years Palle Klærke was away, he still sees it as "coming home."
"I have always felt that Systematic was 'my' company. It was where I got my first job as a newly graduated civil engineer in 1997. I have learned a lot in all the very different positions I have had. During the periods I have been at other companies, I have followed Systematic's development and progress. Systematic has grown steadily since 1997, but the culture, values, and the feeling of belonging remain the same - and I greatly appreciate that," says Palle Klærke.
