Outside her structured professional life, Laura channels her creativity through baking—an art form she embraces wholeheartedly. Her crowning achievement? Reaching the finals of The Great Danish Bake Off. But for Laura, it’s not just about the cakes; it’s about self-expression.
“Cake is art for me,” she says. Whether inspired by city architecture, the sky, or even the colour of a suit spotted on social media, Laura finds potential in everyday moments. One such moment inspired her to design a cake mirroring a bold outfit she had seen online.
This fusion of structured thinking and spontaneous creativity doesn’t just define her baking—it shapes her entire approach to life. Through it all, Laura proves that structure and creativity are not opposites, but complementary ingredients in her unique recipe for success.
