Delivering training flexibility
New accessibility options for SitaWare Aspire simplify processes for SitaWare suite training.
Systematic’s software training solution, SitaWare Aspire, is continuing to develop its capabilities to enhance customer accessibility and delivery through the latest updates to the platform. These include a new two-factor authentication process to allow training to be delivered through web browsers connected to the internet, as well as continued curriculum development.
“We’ve taken great steps to listen to our users to ensure they can have the easiest access to SitaWare Aspire possible,” says Gauri Varma Heise, Senior Director, Service Products for Systematic.

“Having a completely web-hosted offering makes distributing training much easier. As part of this, we are delivering a two-factor authentication capability for SitaWare Aspire that is in keeping with industry best practices. It also works to improve the delivery of training by providing another log-in route for users. The administration capabilities within the platform also ensure that only specific, verified users can access SitaWare Aspire, as well make sure they are studying courses that are required for their role,” Heise added.
SitaWare Aspire will continue to be deployed through its existing platforms, such as cloud-hosted servers local servers and VPNs, to meet client requirements. Training in the SitaWare suite can still be delivered through traditional classroom methods, as users require.
New courses to boost SitaWare suite management skills
The number of courses that are delivered through SitaWare Aspire has also grown with the latest release. A further three role-based modules have been added to the platform: geodata manager, information manager, and SitaWare deployment manager, which augment SitaWare Aspire’s introduction to command-and-control (C2), MIL2525 map standards, and SitaWare suite training courses.

SitaWare Aspire is Systematic’s software-based training solution to enable users of the ability to master the SitaWare suite at their own pace. Courses are developed and validated by experienced domain experts to ensure the training is of the highest quality and matches the workflows of users at all levels. The digital delivery helps to reduce the cost and calendar commitments that in-person training requires, and provides the flexibility and scalability that is needed by training staff to enable rapid skills acquisition.
The platform has been employed by a wide variety of users, including the British Army and Finnish Army, as well as for NATO under the DEMETER FLC2 programme.
