Key benefits
Data is central to effective command-and-control (C2). Yet the constant, and vast flow of information from across units, domains, and allies can be extensive. SitaWare Insight is designed to support intelligence staff procedures with big-data storage, processing, analysis, and dissemination – significantly enhancing the overall command-and-control capabilities.
Fully integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI)
SitaWare Insight extends the operationally proven SitaWare Headquarters, enabling shared intelligence across all levels of command, even in contested or denied environments. SitaWare Insight’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) processes data quickly for timely situational awareness, understanding of the environment, identification of patterns, and sharing of knowledge.
Agentic AI: coordination, not just processing
SitaWare Insight applies Agentic AI. Given a task, the system determines which specialised agents to consult, what data to retrieve, and how to sequence the work into a usable result. The model is mirrors military processes: a Chief of Staff does not analyse terrain, weather, and enemy dispositions personally, but directs specialists and synthesises what they return. Each agent is trained, bounded, and reliable in its domain. The system coordinates them, while the commander sets the intent and evaluates the outcome. The agents are calibrated to established command procedures, including NATO APP-28 land tactical planning, which keeps their reasoning transparent and their results traceable. SitaWare Insight does not replace the staff, it frees them. The data-intensive work of analysis and synthesis is automated, a leaner team sustains the same operational picture, and the commander makes the call.

Video: Developing AI features for SitaWare
Modern defence operations are no longer about having more data but understanding the correct data at the right time.
At Systematic Defence, we are developing AI that helps commanders cut through complexity and act with clarity. Not just one AI, but many AIs, each integrated to solve different operational challenges across the battlespace. Read more about SitaWare Insight here.
