Columna Cura Hjælpemidler connects assistive device grants, orders, and provisions in one module
Columna Cura Hjælpemidler offers a complete assistive device management solution that efficiently tracks each assistive device from being granted through depot planning to delivery. The depot also receives support with assistive device recalls and maintenance.
The solution optimises the municipality’s grant and order process, ensuring citizens receive assistive devices efficiently. Additionally, the module supports workflows for granting, servicing, and managing the stock of assistive devices.
The solution helps maintain those workflows that ensure consistent and appropriate case management following the Service and Health Act, benefiting both the municipality and the citizens.
Cura Hjælpemidler helps maintain an overview of the municipality's on-loan assets by:
- providing a complete and updated overview of the entire case management process from grant to provision.
- supporting all types of assistive device locations, ensuring flexibility and adaptation to specific needs.
- digitalising all depot workflows, eliminating paperwork and reducing risks.
Fully integrated digital solution
Columna Cura Hjælpemidler is fully integrated within the Columna Cura suite, ensuring optimal data sharing, seamless workflows, and clear overviews across the Cura system. This benefits all users, whether they’re care assessors, home care nurses, depot workers in the warehouse, or drivers.
Depot operations have been fully digitalised and supported with mobile devices that provide flexibility and efficiency in daily work. Additionally, automatic handling of mandatory safety checks ensures compliance with current regulations and requirements. The integration with the HMI database simplifies data connections, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information throughout the system.
Improved stock management and recall processes
Cura Hjælpemidler makes it easy to perform inventory checks and get an accurate picture of the assistive devices' locations and quantity. Employees can choose to manage an entire location (cleaning, preparation, etc.) or focus on one specific type of assistive device. Multiple users can simultaneously perform inventory checks using their own mobile devices as long as they coordinate which locations or HMI numbers they are working with to avoid double work. Counting can also be conducted at the ISO level, which helps identify unregistered assistive devices in the warehouse.
Each assistive device can be assigned a follow-up date, and based on this date, various letters—recall, reminder, and collection notices—can be automatically sent.
Innovative Platform
The Columna Hjælpemidler solution works as a standalone system and as an open and innovative platform that integrates with third-party solutions. Data importation from other systems to Cura Hjælpemidler has been designed to be straightforward and reliable.
The solution is designed to create the best framework for healthcare employees and citizens, ensuring safe and efficient service for delivery, stock management, and collection of community assistive devices.
