Columna Cura Tidlig Opsporing & Triage is a digital tool that helps employees identify, document and share early signs of illness and functional decline with the right healthcare professionals.
Even small changes in a citizen's condition can indicate the onset of illness and loss of function. These changes need extra attention and possibly action to prevent the citizen's condition from worsening.
With Columna Cura Tidlig Opsporing & Triage, social and health care workers and assistants can document directly in Cura if they notice a citizen's behaviour or condition change.
The tool gives you a clear overview and structured plan for vulnerable citizens:

Each municipality can set up and adjust its own terminology, reflection questions, FSIII condition links, and rules for creating tasks. This means the early detection tool can be tailored to meet specific needs.
Based on the established rules, the users who register changes in the citizen's condition should not independently decide whether to act on these changes in the form of a task. They should also not determine who should act on the changes. The rules determine both whether a task should be created and to which professional group or organization a potential task should be assigned.
