Sometimes, cases are complex and require many professional skills. Thus, different people are involved in the case in the municipal context - everything from case workers to physiotherapists, pedagogical staff, psychologists, and doctors.
Cura CYW ensures everyone can see how services, action plans, and follow-ups are allocated. In addition, everyone has access to the case documents and speaks the same language. This improves communication and coordination in a case.
Consistent and qualified case processing that complies with the latest legislation
The solution uses the Integrated Children's System (ICS) method and follows the Danish Children's Act templates. Thus, it complies with the latest legislation while still adaptable to your methods.
Additionally, the module integrates with relevant national systems and communicates with the Shared Medication Record (FMK), MedCom, Digital Post, SAPA, and Fælles Stamkort, among others. The solution is also prepared for implementing Fælles Faglige Begreber (FFB), Denmark's Common Professional Concepts framework.
The solution also structures and reuses reported data, making it easy to follow up locally and centrally, statistically and financially.

The CYW module is built on the same principles as the other modules in the Columna Cura suite.
