A comprehensive overview of municipality housing accommodation

The solution supports the workflows that manage and distribute sheltered housing accommodation, care homes, activity centres, day care, and temporary accommodation for citizens. 

The key functions of Cura Housing and Placement Management include:

• Administration of units and housing accommodations

• Management of waiting lists

• Overview of available housing accommodations

• Matching residents with suitable housing accommodations

• Administration of reservations and offers

• Documentation of housing accommodation stays

These functions help the placement coordinator find the housing accommodation that best matches the citizen's needs and wishes. Additionally, the municipality can define relevant types and target groups, and multiple types can be linked to one housing accommodation. For each housing accommodation, it is specified which citizens it is intended for, along with its characteristics and facilities. The citizens’ wishes and needs are stored in their waiting list case so the placement coordinator can easily match the citizens with suitable housing accommodation.

The module is an integrated part of the Columna Cura solution, giving users access to the complete citizen record and a comprehensive overview of the citizen.
