Systematic’s new CFO will support growth with data
Systematic appoints new CFO Kathrine Stougaard from Stibo Systems, a profile with solid financial expertise in the software industry.
Systematic is experiencing significant growth across all its business areas and has recently hired Kathrine Stougaard from Stibo Systems, who brings extensive financial expertise from the software industry to the table.
“It is essential for me that the finance department functions as a trusted advisor for the entire business – a business partner with whom we can collaborate, contributing financial analyses, best practices, and helping to realise ideas,” Kathrine says.
Kathrine has worked at Stibo Systems for 12 years, the past two of which have been as CFO. Systematic's CEO, Nikolaj Bramsen, sees Kathrine as the ideal person to continue the company’s development toward more data-driven business decisions.
“At Systematic, one of our core values is to provide users of our software with the best possible foundation. Whether it is the general at headquarters or the surgeon at the operating table, our solutions provide them with data and an overview, enabling them to make informed decisions. We must, of course, apply the same approach within our own company. Here, the finance department plays a central role,” says Systematic’s CEO, Nikolaj Bramsen.
Kathrine holds a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Tax Law from Aarhus School of Business. For her, the career shift to Systematic feels like a natural next step, and she looks forward to contributing to Systematic’s continued global growth.
“Systematic " is an interesting company whose systems support important societal roles. The fact that the company is driven by an ambition to create long-term, sustainable solutions is important to me,” she says.
Kathrine Ravn Stougaard began her new role on 1 December 2024.
