In a survey among 60 companies in Denmark, Systematic has been named the fourth most attractive workplace for IT professionals and the most attractive workplace among IT consultants. The results come from IT magazine Version2's annual survey of the IT industry's most attractive workplaces, IT Company Rank.
The survey was conducted among 1,600 active IT professionals, all of whom have an IT-related degree or have IT as their primary area of work. The list provides an insight into which qualities IT professionals find important when asked to assess how attractive they find the IT companies in the survey as a workplace.
The first place on the list among consultants does not come as a surprise to Lars Jensen, who is the operational manager of the consultants at Systematic:
- Systematic is a good workplace, no matter what function you have. But what is special about our consultants is that they help develop and implement some large, complex solutions for organizations such as SKAT, KOMBIT and the e-nettet. Our consultants are experienced people with a solid IT professional background. They have their hands on the tasks and they experience that their work makes a difference - not only for the end-users of the solutions, but also for society in general. What we hear when we hire consultants is that they want to work at Systematic because they like a challenging job and because we are a company that emphasizes a healthy balance between work and leisure, Jensen says.
The news of Systematic's fourth place in the IT Company Rank and first place in the category for IT consultants comes just a month after Systematic won the category 'Top climber of the year' in a similar survey from Universum. There, Systematic moved from 19th to a place in the top 10 in the image survey among experienced IT professionals.
